He’s had his music played by some of the biggest DJs in the world like John Summit, Chris Lake, Fisher, and many more.
He started out his career as a sound engineer at Brigham Young University - Idaho and was awarded the 2014 Northwest Chapter “Award of Excellence” for “Audio Recording/Mixing” by the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences as a student. He then moved to Los Angeles and worked his way up at Hacienda Post from a foley editor to being the re-recording mixer for Cartoon Network’s “Mighty Magiswords.” He did various audio work on over 13 cartoon shows for Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon, and Disney while at Hacienda Post.
His music began to gain traction during this time under the alias Zendlo and it took him all the way to Iceland and to 9 states before the pandemic stopped him from touring. He released songs on Insomniac, STMPD RCRDS, Techne, and many others. He also began mixing, mastering, and producing songs for other artists during this time. He’s done mixing and mastering work for artists like OMNOM, Westend, J. Worra, VNSSA, and over 100 others.
In 2023, Taylor rebranded with his debut release on Walker & Royce's label Rules Don't Apply with his song Need Some More featuring Fubu Q on the vocals. That song got played by Chris Lake, OMNOM, Kyle Watson, Lee Foss, and many others and started the rebrand with a bang. Taylor has continued to refine his skills and found ways to be creative and innovative in the house scene.
As Taylor has gotten older, he has gained a serious interest in sustainability and agriculture. This has led him to learning about adobe, hemp, mushrooms, and other types of sustainable building materials. These materials are not only amazing for our planet, they are also amazing for sound acoustics, which has led him to find the connection between his love for audio and this earth.
Taylor is currently a student online at ASU's W.P. Carey School of Business studying Applied Business and Technology Solutions with a 3.95 GPA while he continues to do audio work, tour, and build his business. Taylor has big plans and will reveal more of the vision as the business grows.
